Notary Public
Notary Public services will be rendered by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please click here and select your desired appointment date and time. UMBC-related documents may be notarized at no charge. All other documents may be notarized at a fee of $2.00 per signature payable by Retriever Dollars (cash on Campus Card). Please be sure to bring a form of valid, government-issued photo ID when visiting our office for Notary Public services.

Notary services are not available during Campus Closure. This includes, but is not limited to, inclement weather, scheduled holidays, and winter and spring break.
Printing: We offer both black and white printing at $0.10 per page and color printing at $0.20 per page.
Scanning: At the Campus Card Center you can transfer almost any print document into an electronic copy. The cost per scan is $0.50 per page.
Faxing: Whether you need to send or receive a fax, you can do both at the Campus Card Center. The cost to send domestic faxes is $0.50 per page and a $1.00 flat fee to receive a fax. Sending international faxes costs $1.00 per page.
